You may choose to receive a copy of your order by email -keep the box on the order form checked. If you do not receive a copy, you entered an incorrect email address
or you did not actually place the order. Your copy should arrive within minutes; if it does not arrive within 12 hours, you should
call us to verify we received the order.

- Delivery charge is $7.42 per address which includes PA State Sales Tax.
- If you choose to pick up your order at our retail store, please call to order as our website offers delivery options only.
- Daily deliveries throughout Wyoming Valley. It is best to have your order to us by 11:00AM ET for same day delivery.
- Time of delivery cannot be promised; we will attempt to honor requests.
- If we must make a substitution, it will be one of equal value and will keep the color scheme and design of the flowers you selected.
- We will contact you/the sender if there is a question about a container or major flower or color substitution. Please be sure the contact information you give us is correct!

- Please note: Billing information you give us must match the information your credit card bank has on file.
- If you give us incorrect billing information or if your credit card is declined/has no available credit, please be
advised that we will not telephone you but will communicate by email only. You are responsible
for the information given and we will presume the credit card you are using is lost or stolen. If your credit card does not participate in the Address Verification System, we will not process your order. In such a case, the order is cancelled as a security caution for both our customers and our business.
- All billing information must be verified before sending your order. If your credit card company does not
participate in the Address Verification System, processing of your order will be delayed or in most cases, cancelled. If we are unable to verify the information, we will refuse the order.

- Most Middle & High Schools have strict delivery policies. In most schools, only employees may receive deliveries; please verify that your delivery will be allowed with the school's main office.
- We do weddings of all sizes and price ranges. Please call for your free in-store consultation! A deposit reserves your day.
- "According to the National Animal Poison Control Center, certain types of lilies can cause renal
failure in cats that have ingested any part of the lily. Evans-King Floral suggests lilies be kept out of the
